Free shipping over $89.00 does not apply to oversized or bulky items (including but not limited to large bags of kibble, litter and hay). This promotion is not available to Northwest Territories, Nunavut or select remote locations. Free shipping threshold applies to pre-tax, pre-shipping order value. 

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the option will be automatically available during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates 

At Brindle Pet Supplies we're committed to offering competitive prices and timely shipping to all regions across Canada. We offer heavily subsidized rates with our carrier partners Canada Post and UPS. This means, we'll cover a portion of the full shipping cost if your order is not eligible for free shipping! 

Want to figure out what your shipping cost will be? Our site uses live shipping rates from our partner carriers. To see the shipping rates (and options) to your area, simply place all desired items in your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you've entered your shipping address on the Checkout page, the shipping rates and carrier options will populate.

You can find estimated shipping delivery times to your desired location on the checkout page or in the chart below. Please be advised, shipping times are estimates based on the average delivery time to each area. 

Many shipping areas also qualify for expedited shipping. If you would like to receive your order more quickly, select the fastest option at Checkout.

Backordered Items

Select out-of-stock items are available for backorder on our website. Items eligible for backorder are identified on the product page and again on your order confirmation. Backordered items can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to ship depending on availability. If the backordered item becomes unavailable, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.

Shipping and Delivery Details

For Local Delivery in Red Deer, Alberta, your order will be delivered securely to your doorstep with contactless delivery. Local Delivery in Red Deer takes place Monday through Friday between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. All orders default to next-business-day delivery when possible. If you would like to schedule your delivery for a day other than next-business-day, please identify the day in the Notes field on the Checkout page. If your delivery falls on a holiday, it will be postponed to the next available business day. If you would prefer to pickup your order, please select the “Local Pickup” option on the Checkout page. Please allow 24 hours processing time for pickups.

All other shipments are sent via Canada Post or UPS depending on your selection at checkout. We request that all orders be left on your doorstep without requiring a signature. On occasion, the delivery driver may determine there isn’t an appropriate place to safe-drop and will bring it to your nearest post office for pick-up. Please contact us at info@brindlepets.ca if you are unable to locate your package.

Once your order has shipped, a Canada Post or UPS tracking number will be sent with an order update email. You can track your package with your tracking number at ups.com or canadapost.ca. Please Note: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with invalid shipping addresses and/or if our partner carriers determine the shipping address provided is undeliverable.

Shipping Delays

If your shipment is delayed or undeliverable please contact us at info@brindlepets.ca. Please note, we do not offer full or partial refunds on delayed orders. We are unable to offer a refund on your delivery until after the unopened, unused product has been returned to us. For more information on refunds, please review our Returns and Exchanges policies.
